Sangat Sunday Practice

Sundays are for soul, and nothing feels better than getting together as a community to create a collective field that deeply nourishes this Divine part of our being. Sangat is community not only with others, but within ourselves. We will practice kriyas, meditations, and togetherness. Please bring your heart as is.
