In this slow and steady style of yoga, certain postures are held for longer, so that the connective tissue, fascia and joints have time to release, stretch and heal. Gentle movements and restorative postures help open the body and make way for deep and profound relaxation. Beginners are welcome. This class helps alleviate stress and anxiety, as well as supports healthy sleep and digestion.
