Pranayam in the Salt Room

Breath is life, and when we breathe properly we have better control over our response to challenges in life. In this class we will practice different breathing techniques that help us cope with stress, difficult emotions, limiting beliefs, etc. Through Kundalini pranayam (breath control), we will also stimulate new neurological connections that increase our awareness, self knowledge and wellbeing.
